Contact Form Enquiries: Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. If you do not become a customer, your data is securely deleted after this period.
Payment & Transaction Data: Financial records are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
Analytics Data: Website usage data collected via Google Analytics is anonymised and retained in accordance with our Google Analytics data retention settings (14 months).
