We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, collected via technologies such as Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information and Lawful Basis

Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): To provide, manage, and deliver our digital marketing and web design services to you as our customer, and to process transactions securely via Stripe.
  • Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): To communicate with you regarding our services, technical updates, and customer support. Our legitimate interest is to ensure the ongoing quality and delivery of the services you have engaged us for. We have assessed that these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): To analyse site traffic and advertising performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads. These cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner, in compliance with PECR 2003. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or by contacting us.
  • Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): To retain financial and transaction records as required by HMRC and Companies Act obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, including:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe Inc., for secure transaction handling.
  • Analytics & Advertising Providers: Google LLC, for traffic analysis via Google Analytics and conversion tracking via Google Ads.
  • Hosting Provider: A US-based infrastructure and content delivery provider, for website hosting and content delivery. The specific provider can be disclosed on written request.

4. International Data Transfers

Some of the third parties listed above are based in the United States, which is outside the United Kingdom. This means your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the USA. We ensure that all such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by Chapter 5 of the UK GDPR:

UK IDTA refers to the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, and SCCs refers to Standard Contractual Clauses, both approved by the Information Commissioner's Office as appropriate safeguards for international transfers. 5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Active Customers: Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 24 months after cancellation, to allow for account reactivation and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • Contact Form Enquiries: Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. If you do not become a customer, your data is securely deleted after this period.
  • Payment & Transaction Data: Financial records are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
  • Analytics Data: Website usage data collected via Google Analytics is anonymised and retained in accordance with our Google Analytics data retention settings (14 months).

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Where we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
