Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Local Boost HQ, a trading name of THEFOCUS LTD (Company Number: 14154101), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription, paying an onboarding fee, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Local Boost HQ provides digital marketing, web design, local SEO, and advertising management services ("Services") based on the subscription tier (Starter, Professional, or Growth) purchased by the client.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Billing: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • No Lock-In Contracts: We do not enforce long-term binding contracts. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the websites, funnels, and logical frameworks built by Local Boost HQ remain the intellectual property of THEFOCUS LTD under a licensing model for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, hosting and access to the provided programmatic infrastructure will cease.

5. Advertising Budgets (Google Ads / Facebook Ads)

For clients on the Professional or Growth plans, management fees paid to Local Boost HQ do not include your actual ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta (Facebook). Ad spend is billed directly by the advertising platforms to your own credit card.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead volumes as these are dictated by third-party algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta). In no event shall THEFOCUS LTD be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
